Mass layoffs at Microsoft

When Christmas is over, a portion Microsoft employees have it extended indefinitely. For the 15th January will be the most influential software company in the world to say goodbye to about 17 percent of the 90,000 employees Microsoft have in the world. So about 15,000 employees will have to find a new place to earn a living.

There is yet no information on which areas of Microsoft, which will bear the heaviest burden, but rumors suggest that the web department MSN bears a good proportion and then EMEA region, representing Europe, Middle East and Africa, also count on it significant savings knife. writes Fudzilla.com.

Redundancies comes just a week before Microsoft will provide a quarterly, so it's probably not nice black numbers, they expect to show up on 22 January.
