Although Windows 7 Beta first should have been distributed to developers and other test rabbits in January, so it is now found on various bittorrent sites.
One of those who has windows 7 already is Adrian Kingsley-Hughes, who blogs over at ZDNet, and he is impressed. It is not so much difference between beta and the previous builds, but stability is now so high that he does not hesitate to recommend it for daily use.
New features include a workable trouble shooter, aerodynamic features, and taskbar'en. Trouble shooter in Windows 7 has eight categories, which among other things can configure a new device, optimizing power consumption or run programs designed for older Windows versions. The new aerodynamic features allow for example the user to see what he has on the desktop, without having to minimize everything, and mouse movements to the use of window handling.
